TGD Budget Sync End-User License Agreement

Effective date: August 6, 2026

1. License: TGD Budget Sync (the App) is proprietary software operated by HealthAgree LLC and affiliated entities. The App is licensed for internal use only by the operating entities and their authorized personnel. It is not offered, sold, or distributed to the public.

2. Permitted use: The App may be used solely to connect to QuickBooks Online company files owned or controlled by the operating entities and to retrieve accounting data on a read-only basis for internal budgeting and reporting.

3. Restrictions: Users may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or use the App to access QuickBooks data belonging to any party other than the operating entities.

‍

4. Data: Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. All accounting data accessed remains the property of the operating entities.

‍

5. No warranty: The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. The operating entities are not liable for any damages arising from its use.

‍

6. Termination: This license terminates automatically upon disconnection of the App from QuickBooks Online or misuse of the App.
