TGD Budget Sync Privacy Policy

TGD Budget Sync (the App) is a private, internal-use integration operated by HealthAgree LLC and affiliated entities (we, us). The App is not distributed publicly and is used solely to sync accounting data from our own QuickBooks Online company files into our internal budgeting and reporting tools.

Data we access: The App connects to QuickBooks Online using OAuth 2.0 and requests read-only access to accounting data (the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope). This may include chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, and financial reports from company files we own and control.

How we use data: Accessed data is used only for internal financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data storage and security: Data retrieved by the App is stored in our private, access-controlled systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never exposed publicly.

Data retention: We retain accessed data only as long as necessary for internal reporting purposes and delete it when no longer needed.

‍

Revoking access: Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App from within QuickBooks Online or the Intuit account settings.
